Phone Teller

Our automated telephone response system is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  All you need is a touch-tone phone, your account number, and a four digit Personal Identification Number (PIN).  With the Rails West Phone Teller, you can:

  • Monitor account balances and history
  • Verify a check has cleared
  • Transfer funds between accounts
  • Request a check be mailed to you
